School Dinners Colour Palette
Inspired by the canteen trays, lumpy mash, and mysterious puddings of a 1990s British school dinner hall. Custard yellow, mashed potato cream, gravy brown, and the institutional green of overcooked vegetables. A palette for nostalgia brands, comfort food, and anything that wants to feel like a warm hug from a dinner lady.

Usage guidance
Mashed Potato provides a warm, starchy background that feels like comfort food looks. Custard is your primary colour for headings and CTAs, bright and cheerful like a ladle of the good stuff. Gravy adds depth for secondary elements and borders. Overcooked Peas brings a touch of green for accents and success states (because you had to eat them). Dinner Tray grounds everything in dark, institutional warmth.
